AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND ACADIANA SERVES, LLC
This is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Acadiana Serves, LLC ("Acadiana Serves," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of this website and related services (the "Service").
This website is hosted using Go High Level, and scheduling or reservation services may be provided through Court Reserve, which are third-party platforms.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Acadiana Serves reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. ACCEPTABLE USE & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:
Interfering with the operation of the Service
Attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Transmitting harmful code (viruses, malware, etc.)
Sending spam, bulk, or unsolicited messages
Violating the rights of others
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
3. COMMUNICATIONS & A2P SMS COMPLIANCE
By providing your contact information, including your phone number, you consent to receive communications from Acadiana Serves, including SMS (text messages).
SMS Program Description
Acadiana Serves operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers about tennis programs, court reservations, scheduling, and facility updates. This program includes both transactional/informational messages (appointment reminders, confirmations, service updates) and promotional/marketing messages (new programs, events, special offers).
Types of Messages
Booking confirmations and reminders
Account notifications and schedule changes
Court availability updates and weather-related closures
Customer support communications
Marketing messages about new programs, events, and special offers (only if you opt in)
Consent Requirements
SMS consent is obtained through website forms, registrations, booking systems, or in-person sign-up with explicit checkbox or written agreement

After texting STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS from us.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and program enrollment. You may receive 2-10 messages per month.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply. Acadiana Serves does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates apply based on your mobile plan.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Acadiana Serves, its SMS service providers, and mobile carriers are not liable for:
Delayed or undelivered messages
Messages filtered or blocked by carriers or devices
Costs or charges imposed by your wireless carrier
Service interruptions or device compatibility issues
Supported carriers include all major U.S. mobile networks (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others). For carrier-specific questions, contact your mobile provider or text HELP for assistance.
You agree not to misuse messaging services, including sending unsolicited or prohibited communications.
4. PRIVACY
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Your privacy settings within Court Reserve or your user profile may affect how your information is shared or displayed.
5. USE BY MINORS & AGE RESTRICTIONS
Users under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service or provide contact information.
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental consent.
6. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
The Service may include or rely on third-party platforms, including:
Court Reserve (scheduling and reservations)
Go High Level (website hosting, CRM, and communications)
We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their respective terms and policies.
7. SOFTWARE & CONTENT
All content, software, and materials provided through the Service are owned by Acadiana Serves or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
Copy, distribute, or modify content without permission
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Resell or exploit the Service
8. USER SUBMISSIONS
By submitting content (e.g., reviews, comments, or other materials), you grant Acadiana Serves a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Lafayette Parish, Louisiana.
